International HR Business Partner , Goettingen, Germany

An International Healthcare Organisation is looking for a International HR Business Partner to join their team in Goettingen, Germany on a permanent basis. You will report into the Senior Vice President and Global HR Director and your responsibilities will include:

? You will mainly be responsible for successfully implementing an HR strategy with the local executive team, Chief HR Officer and Global Professional Education Management, to support the flawless execution of strategy projects and other relevant concepts, systems and processes.
? Drive optimal business performance through organizational development and talent management strategies, and advise and support senior executives and line managers on the staff and change management strategies needed to facilitate the city`s strategic plan.
? Promote individual and team performance, clarify employee roles and expectations, and advise and proactively support the regional Executive Board and the overseas branch of company in all HR matters.
? Oversee the development and implementation of programs in the areas of leadership development, employee learning, workforce and succession planning for key positions, recruitment and engagement, and organization effectiveness.
? You will support the regional and local executive team in implementing core people processes, e.g. appraisals, salary reviews and Human Resources Development, and establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with employees and their representatives.

The successful candidate will:

? A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related disciplines is necessary as well as extensive experience in a senior talent management-related role in a large, complex organization.
? The ideal candidate should have proven work experience in operational HR business, sound knowledge of Compensations and Benefits, people management and organizational development, as well as a proven track record in the development and implementation of talent management strategies.
? Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
? Also flexible as the role will require up to 50% travel.
